Therapy rooms designed by therapists for therapists offering counselling, psychotherapy and coaching for individuals, couples and families.

“We think we listen, but very rarely do we listen with real understanding, true empathy. Yet listening, of this very special kind, is one of the most potent forces for change that I know.”

Carl Rogers

Emma Light is a BACP accredited psychotherapist who has been running successful psychotherapy practices and centres for the last decade. She is the founder of Walthamstow Therapy.

She has lived in East London for over 20 years. Her vision is to provide comfortable, stylish therapy rooms reflecting the outlook and needs of the local community. In 2018 she launched Hackney Therapy and is excited to be bringing the same ethos – therapy rooms designed by therapists for therapists – to Walthamstow.
